Overview

The GO Switch Models 75, 76 and 77 are the world’s most commonly used and widely trusted leverless limit switches. Mechanically, Model 75 has noexternal moving parts, no springs or cams, and no reed element, so there is nothing to wear or fail. Its contact chamber is potted and sealed from moisture or contaminants and is completely protected in a one-piece stainless steel housing, including the sensing face. Unlike magnetic reed switches, they are not susceptible to contact teasing, chatter, bounce, or welding.

Electrically, Model 75 delivers the most flexibility in the industry. Its environmentally sealed dry contacts are rated 4amp/120VAC, 3amp/24VDC, and 0.5 amp/125VDC and is suitable for both high and low electrical loads. The 75 can be wired AC or DC, N/O or N/C, consumes no power to operate, and has
no current leakage or voltage drop.

Environmentally, Model 75 leads the industry with global UL, and CSA certifications for use in explosion-proof / flame-proof, non-incendive, intrinsically safe, and general purpose applications. In addition, Model 75 is suitable for extreme temperatures (-40°C to 204°C), extreme pressures (up to 10,000 psi), and extreme depths (down to 7010 meters). Model 75 is 16mm x 110 mm with 5/8”–18 UNF threads and 1/2” NPT conduit hub .

Benefits

1- GO Switch leverless limit switch, field-proven and known worldwide for the ultimate in reliability

2- Durable one-piece stainless steel construction withstands moisture, salt, corrosives, and abuse

3-Heavy-duty SPDT contacts rated 4amp/120VAC, 3amp/24VDC, and 0.5 amp/125VDC

4- One model does it all – AC, DC, N/O, N/C, high current or low current

5- Snap-action response and low hysteresis provide precision position feedback

6- Unlike mechanical switches, Model 75 has no lever arms, cams, or springs to wear, break, or fail

7-Unlike inductive proximity sensors, Model 75 is RFI immune, consume no power to operate, and have no current leakage or voltage drop

8-Unlike magnetic reed switches, Model 75 is not susceptible to contact chatter, bounce, or welding

9- UL, CSA, explosion-proof / flame-proof, non-incendive, intrinsically safe, and general purpose certifications
